I just read in your profile you like Bruce Catton?? AWESOME author. I have quite a few books by him - Mr. Lincoln's Army being the best - and others. CW is the best genre of literature. Have you looked at "Civil War Day by Day" at all? Completely and totally amazing. Awesome for research!

You are hilarious. I was just thinking yesterday how God makes exceptions to most everything so we can't figure stuff out in the flesh. Like, mostly the mommy's care for the young but there are those breeds where it is the father. My kids told me of some creature that it is the male that lays the eggs.
